    Your NDIS plan manager should be flexible and adaptable. Your plan managed should be able to respond to changes in your needs or circumstances. They should be able to adjust your plan as required to ensure that you receive supports that align with your needs and preferences.

    A good plan manager should be able to communicate effectively with you and other stakeholders involved in your care. They should be able to explain complex information in a way that is easy to understand and utilises the mode of communication most comfortable for you.

    Choose a plan manager who is readily available to answer your questions and provide support when you need it.
